With this client project we are building a 4x4 Solar Expedition Vehicle for the Dam family. We literally started with a blank page, with the wish to travel electric, sustainable, and the ambition to travel anywhere in the world, anytime of the year. An important choice was of course the donor vehicle, on which all of the vehicle design elements are based upon. The choice we made was for an iconic 4x4 truck, as we are now in the midst of converting a DAF YA 4442 Dutch army truck into an ETARKI 4x4 expedition vehicle, powered by the sun!
